Successteam Leadership Academy for Young Women is a multi - day, overnight youth mentoring program held on a college campus targeting residents throughout SC, GA, and NC. The program empowers and equips young ladies between the ages of 14 - 18 in grades 9th - 12th. SLAY focuses on feminine maturation, the importance of education, and leadership development through in-depth mentoring by providing insight, guidance, and knowledge to stimulate desired growth. Students are immersed in positive motivation with speakers and activities on cohesion with the event theme of College, Career, and Confidence. Each session is designed to teach practical life skills and equip them with educational tools while instilling them with knowledge of their worth and potential.
