I don't think any of the Confidents, other than Lavenza/Caroline & Justine, and possibly Chihaya, can see the body bags. Everyone else just sees mechanized Guillotine.

Now that I think about it, it would've been nice if (the real) Igor could be found in the Thieves Den. We could've gotten a bit more insight into his own thoughts and feelings. Like, would he ACTUALLY find sitting in his chair when he's not around so forbidden? It could just be a lighthearted joke that got a bit out of hand.

The Thieves' Den, you can access it from the menu when you're not in the metaverse, or there's an option to go there on the title screen, next to the load option.
