Sophie, a month ago I was fasting for Ramadan, and i lost 4kg (which is bad for me) plus stopped working out. I couldn’t find the motivation to go back to my routine and then I found you on youtube. I watched all your vlogs and videos, and thankfully I’m back on track again! Thank you for the inspiration!

FAV TIME OF THE DAYYYY Btw you're absolutely right. I find myself struggling more when I just prep anything because I don't wanna cook when I'm tired and I finish eating stuff that doesn't satiate me or that I don't really like. Very useful tips as always ❣️ I'll try the chickpeas, I've never had them like that even if everyone loves them ahahah

If you find the mugs too big for coffee you can use them for soup as well! Idk about in Holland but in Canada I've had giant mugs and there purpose is for soup! :)

I like to clean as I go too and can’t seem to function with a home/kitchen in disarray. And boy do I love to organize and clean out drawers/cabinets and fridge/freezer quite regularly as well.

Something I tried and love recently is Jalapeno Lime Rice w fresh chopped very small jalapeños. Add some salmon and you got a healthy lunch!

Hi Sophie! Just an extra tip (besides the celery and carrot one that someone mentioned) if you wash your berries too early they ripen quickly and go bad fast! It’s best to wash them right before eating. Also, if you would freeze your dates on parchment paper first and then place them all in your Tupperware, it would save some space and time ☺️

Tip for your carrot:After adding to the Mason jar fill it with water. This keeps them fresh and crisp for longer!🙃
