I mean, with salted caramel, condensed milk, and buttery cookies, it doesn't get better than this combination, right? If you get a chance to try the recipe, please let me know if you enjoyed it!

Cookies
Unsalted butter 200g
Icing sugar 100g
Pinch of salt
1 Egg 50g
Vanilla extract 3g
Almond powder 60g (*In the video, I wrote 30g by mistake. Sorry!)
All purpose flour 270g
Bake at 350F for about 15 min
(Time depends on your oven and thickness of your cookies)
Salted caramel filling
Heavy cream 35% 135g
Unsalted butter 35g
Honey 15g
Corn syrup 15g
Sugar 150g
Milk chocolate 30
Salt 3g
Condensed milk buttercream
Unsalted butter 200g
Sweetened Condensed Milk 120g

제가 작년에 이런 쿠키를 만들어 크리스마스 선물로 했는데 개별포장한걸 제가 먹어보니 쿠키부분이 필링의 수분을 머금어 그런지 약간 눅눅해지더라구요. 전 파삭한 식감을 지속하고 싶었는데요..혹시 이 쿠키도 시간이 지나면 변하는 식감은 어쩔 수 없을까요? 넘 맛있어보여서 꼭 구워봐야겠어요! 레시피 감사합니다.

아무래도 크림이나 카라멜에 수분이 있기 때문에 시간이 지나면 눅눅해지는 건 피할 수 없는 일인 것 같아요. 최대한 빨리 드시는게 최고의 방법이구요. 쿠키를 보관할때 습기 제거제도 같이 두시는 것도 하나의 방법이긴해요. (실리카겔)
