Wowwwwww My Amazing Aprille this was absolutely great I loved the dynamics of the poses...i just admit I did switch up legs I kept getting confused..lol howeverrrrre I managed to even them out at ur pace. Thank you, Aprille! I am I’m the practicum phase of becoming a facilitator for a wonderful dance class called Groove. I taught three practice classes yesterday and although it was so much fun, my body was stiff and tired this morning. Instead of muscling it,I chose your practice. It was just what I needed. This was fantastic!!!!!! Most flows on here I find to be very intense and I can easily cause injury if I am not mindful, this is a very mindful practice that still let's me feel strong and build strength. Once again you are my favorite teacher ever! thank you aprille

Dear Aprille, I have been helped by your videos for yin yoga and hormonal balance over the last few months. I am menopausal. My energy levels have been quite unpredictable, along side the usual things. And they have all been getting better recently 😸. So I was wondering what would be a good video to start doing something a little more active. I'd like to build up some strength. I did do your 20 min sun rise full body, without any problems. I guess I feel the yin has been so helpful, I don't want to lose the benefits I've gained. Any thoughts would be helpful. With love and much appreciation Pippa
