Sada roti is a yummy pita like consistency that we trini normally eat with pumpkin choka tomato choka and bygone choka also known as eggplant. Thanks Ling. I always thought I couldn't get the sada roti to swell on my glass top stove. I thought I needed a real flame on a gas stove. Will definitely be trying. 👍🏼
