CA glue and any powder 9Bicarb, Iron, ash) will react the same. The strength is the glue and not the media used.

Epoxy also works quite well, but you should reinforce it with thread wrapping on the outside

Ciao, ti seguo dall'Italia. Ho riparato molte cose con baking soda e col acrilica con ottimi risultati. Volevo chiederti se avevi mai usato al posto del baking soda delle scagli di laminazione , ossidi di ferro ( FeO, FE2O3, Fe3 O4 ) è un materiale molto duro, non si ossida . Dovrebbe venire un composto durissimo. Appena ho la scaglia provo. Il problema sarà macinarla 😃. Grazie dei consigli

@@creationholic101 I just tried the zinc oxide myself. I wouldn't say it worked any better than the baking soda; about the same. I tried a lot of different things including some of the ones that you show and I think that crushed up carbon powder seems to be the strongest substance in powdered form.

Why not test also with a mixture of iron powder & baking soda ratio 1:1. Also while pasting screw to the bottle cap, please also put some of this mixture between cap surface & screw & not directly paste the screw on to the plastic bottle cap. Then check the strength please.
