Жыл бұрынThis video is so hot you have to wear a silver suit just to watch it! This 304 stainless steel pipe is getting TIG welded and then Superheat is annealing this pipe to 2200 degrees! We are doing the root pass, hot pass, fills and cap! a good purge on the pipe equals no sugar on the inside!

No the grey layer outside has already reacted with oxygen to create an iron oxide different to rust. They didn’t purge the inside, because it would be hard to maintain a stable pressure with the temperature changing. so the whole outside layer of the pipe has basically lost a lot of its stainless properties, so it’s not food safe but it wont the rust. I could be wrong though

Yes because of the high chromium levels.
