I think Mr. L is meant to be the type of confident fighter that Luigi wishes he could be; but because this persona is just a result of Dimentio’s brainwashing, there are no traces of the real Luigi left. He’s merely carrying out orders while thinking he still has a choice. The real Luigi might be timid, but he’s still able to be brave in his own way through his strong desire to protect his loved ones.

For some odd reason, this song has a Vocaloid-ish feel to me in its instrumentation and style - especially when Juno kicks it up an octave. It's a bop. Also, can we all just appreciate Peach's face at 1:46? It's so simplistic, yet... there's something terrifying about an angry Peach.

When I was younger and played this game, I always let myself get hit on purpose, and dragged out the fight. I felt that Mario and Mr. L should be equals in combat, so I let it go on until I got bored.

Best one yet, though all of them are fantastic. Loved the reference to Dimentio, and, I believe, the Year of Luigi! I’m hoping this isn’t the end of the SPM Musical Bytes, but if so, then I am certainly contented.

I don't know why, but I just can't get enough of the part at 0:45 . Between the animation and how Juno absolutely NAILED the lines, it's so...perfect. Not to mention the closing bit, with the jab at Mr. L's poorly veiled identity, just being hilarious to me. Seriously, I think this is one of your best works yet, up there with Lifelight and Finale. I hope to keep seeing these amazing works from you. There may be some I initially skip over, but something, be it a full package or a "behind the scenes" type video, usually drags me back to them. This, along with Ultimate Show and O'Chunks, Warrior, are my absolute favorites from this package, but this one takes the cake.
