So helpful! I've been struggling with back pain since a car accident 4 years ago, and after seeing chiro's and my current massage therapist, have still been left in the dark about what exact muscles are aching in my back. This was extremely clear and helps me understand my body better. Thanks! :)

Hello! I am loving your anatomy videos! They are incredibly helpful review as I prep for STEP1. Also, I thought the additional animations/images that you provided in this video for the spinal accessory nerve and how it exits the spinal cord was really helpful - I noticed it was a nice update to the previous video you made :)

This is great, i was able to do a pandiculation to ease some pains or tensions in my body. Can you tell me with sharing a video you must have on the ribs. scalene in the upper chest and back?
