Kallum true but the way that guy interviewer him showed no respect ... calling him an assassin or old footage of bruising on a player not even at the time Mikey was bowling

This interview is absolute top class. When Mikey was representing the great West Indies team under Clive Lloyd it brought back so many great memories that thrill my boyhood days. Seeing Mickey run in and bowl was worth every penny of admission. Me and my friends used to skip school on many occasions just to watch this powerful West Indies team demolished their opponents. This interview is very special and Micheal Holding is an absolute gem of a human being!!!!

Was blessed enough to grow up watching all those named on this thread. Even as an India fan I used to have a picture on my wall of Malcolm Marshall running in to bowl at Ravi Shastri at Bombay in `83. The pic was from behind the bowlers arm. 7 slips waiting to snare an edge and Ravi Shastri with his eyes almost popping out of his head like rabbit caught in the headlights. Pure fear...and rightly so.

I am with Michael Holding impressed Roy Fredericks, Alvin Kallicharran and Clive Lloyd in a Shell Shield, Guyana v Jamaica, at Bourda, in Georgetown March 29 - April 1, 1975. Holding returned bowling figures of 10.3/0/39/3. Holding bowled Kallicharran without scoring and Sidney Matthews, scored 20 runs. He also dismissed Fredericks caught behind by wicket -keeper Desmond Lewis, after scoring only 8 runs. He was ready for Australia and international cricket. When did four or more fast bowlers first play on the same team in test cricket? In July 1939, Constantine, Hylton, Martindale and Williams bowled at Old Trafford. Is the second innings at Old Trafford, the origins of West Indies foursome? During 1900 - July 1939 beginning with Burton, Cummerbatch and Woods, West Indies used three fast bowlers in international cricket. In 1976, Lloyd employed Roberts, Holding, Daniel and Holder in England. Croft and Garner joined Roberts, in 1977 versus Pakistan. Roberts, Holding, Daniel, Croft and Garner were with Lloyd's Packer World Series Cricket. Roberts, Holding, Croft and Garner, the fearsome foursome, were all above 90 MPH. I can't imagine Constantine, Hylton, Martindale and Williams bowled at and/or above 90 MPH at Old Trafford in July 1939.
