The Constitution outlines a procedure. The CJ does not follow the procedure to the letter. She is wrong and so is Kofi's assertion that the fact that nothing stops the CJ from doing what she did, allows her to do it. She does NOT have that right to "generate that list and make a suggestion". Refusing to follow procedures especially those stipulated by the Constitution is wrong. There is a growing propensity for educated Ghanaians to ignore laid down laws and guidelines and do what the law does not expressly forbid.
