Welcome to Shonan! Most line-up’s are in Kugenuma just to the right of Enoshima behind the aquarium but it gets crazy crowded. Shichirigahama also has a sandbar break but gets crowded. Tsujido can be good. Chigasaki. Have you checked out the KZfaq channel “Sky Sharks” Here is the link: www.youTube.com/c/skysharks I think they show the best spots and surfers in Kanagawa. Sometimes in Chiba. Also if you want to travel a bit further check out Ohama beach in Izu. It’s a surfers only beach. It’s pumps sometimes! I think it’s the best wave in our area. Man, good luck!
