After the big names like adya,Eckhart,Joseph g, etc this lady Suzanne is the purest most authentic "awake" person on KZfaq. I feel her more than I hear her. It's like my heart or soul or whatever the it is in me sees itself in her and connects immediately. There is presence in just her sound no words needed. What a privilege to see this video. Thank you both. Deep gratitude.

Less than 14 min in and Suzanne's explanation is absolutely beautiful ❤ The mind chatter. If I can truly learn that's not me, I'll be in a much freer place ... or that's the best way I can describe the feeling it gives me to put that down and just say it is not what is, or isn't. I am fine with or without it.

This touched a nerve i feel like i have experienced a partial death years ago but didn't really understand what was happening. When I read "The Primal Scream" by Arthur Janov, I first thought this couldn't be true. By the middle of the book I was "Oh God, this might be true." When I finished the book, I was "Oh God, this is true!" Basically it described the level of pain the normal person carries and doesn't know is there. The description of what you went through is similar to what happens in the 'Primal Scream." There is another description of Jidu Krishnamurti going through this as well. Back then they didn't have the term awakening, but this has been going on for years under different names. When I was going through the process I kept saying "I'm dying." But, the dying was also an expansion. It was as if the dying allowed me to expand. As if I was the world. So the dying was an expansion of self to Self. Have you read Bernadette Roberts "The Experience of No Self." It's the best description ever. What I went through is just like the process you went through, long before 'awakening' was a thing. Excellent video. You two do a wonderful job of expressing it. It is fresh for you so the expression is true to the experience. It's wonderful to see. The personality becomes like a persona you use to navigate the relative world. It's useful. It's just not who you are. Nice work!

Love this video. Surrendering is so essential. There is one more aspect to the feeling of the raw sensations, which we qualify as fear, anger, shame, anxiety etc. When these sensations arise, it's helpful to be alerted to the story accompanying these sensations. More often than not, these stories are based on deep-seated beliefs, and the sense of self can hide within them. There is a story of "I being ashamed, or fearful etc". Once we fully recognize this is just a thought that we take for true, it becomes very clear that fear, anger, shame, and other emotions are ultimately just beliefs/thoughts. Everything will start to crumble after that. And then the magic happens:) Thank you for sharing this video - it was really enjoyable to watch!

Oh, yeah, now I remember when I was awakening. Sometimes I only could make gestures with my hands or fingers, instead of speaking. Because it felt impossible to say something, although everything was crystal clear. Everything is beautiful, don't you see it? Like that. But later on, I could speak, albeit it was if my body remembered how to speak. The words came from nowhere, and it felt it was spoken, but by my mouth, not by me.

Words fall short because yeah words are made up. Under, before and through (before/after words) there is the communion of soul. Arete. Beyond words. Communication of intangible sensation. A song, music a harmony of vibrations you feel yet ... Understand - THEN try to make square peg words fit in non square holes. Words, a tool of tools worshiped by wise fools. Schools out forever ... Soul Jazz. You both performed majestically! Thank you!

Yes...already been watching Suzanne's journey from over a year ago. Sounds like Angelo knew what he was doing in recommending Suzanne come to your home. I find it interesting hearing you speak of the ”fear”. There has never been any Fear of Death here and I am now 68 and live alone and can only feel excitement about the death of self. I am wondering how much the fear you spoke about is related to fear of death? Feeling the raw energy without resistance totally resonates as someone who has done a lot of energy work with emotion and trauma. It's great this is being talked about. A big part of why I love Suzanne's video's is she speaks about the full experience this has been, more than anyone else I've heard speaking of non-dual awakening. What Im most struck by is how childlike the two of you come across and that makes this even more exciting here. I loved when Suzanne said she's taking your wife you just asked for videos!😅 That's definitely a loosening of personal desire. The experience you all went through together speaks to me about the power of transmission. What an exceptionally valuable experience for all of you.❤🎉 Zubin, do you know about the Buddhist 10 Fetters, a Buddhist process of seeing through self and the 2nd Fetter deals with Doubt.

The mind is a very good tool to solve problems. The mind is always looking for problems to solve. Even if there is not a problem. So, one insight is: old feelings, like trauma, envy, anger, all your history, education, beliefs are just thoughts. So not real real. To see this, is a big step. There are people who can play chess in their heads on 10 boards, against themselves. The mind is in overdrive, clocking at 240 Herz, but still nothing is really happening, because it is all just inside the brain. I think babies and animals are always living in bliss. That's why babies don't have memories of their first months, and animals don't remember not much or nothing from their past. They wouldn't even recognize their parents. If all thoughts are seen as just thoughts, all which remains is pure consciousness. So it is possible to experience the world more directly, bypassing the thought process. Because life is not a problem to be solved. So you have to see the worlds without worlds. Labelling, concepts, beliefs, hesitating, fear, carefulness. Just jump in like a suicidal person. That's not easy, because our instinct is to be careful. Never trust the world outside, danger is everywhere, and accidents lure in every corner. So we need a plan. Nobody lives fully, without lack of fear. Nobody wants to die, caused by a lack of preparation and suspicion. So, we need to have trust, trust that the world will take care of itself, and you. Trust in the unknown and surrender to the unknown future. And, amazingly, the world can run itself perfectly. You don't have to steer yourself, you don't have to change the world to live. There is not a free will, because everything happens anyway. But this is just words, theory, concepts, philosophy. Now you have to do it. By letting it happen. It's a total different concept. Forget the urge to do things. Consciousness remains, thought come and go. To see this, is 90% problem solved. Now 5his concept is in reality just a very big obstacle to get awakened. I see reality or the world like this. This is just philosophy/a concept: particles are waves/fields, waves are energy, energy is information, information is consciousness. So all things are made of consciousness, penetrating all and everything. Of course, you yourself are a part of this conscious field. It is not that the universe stops at your door of your skin. You came from the world, and you will dissolve in it. As nothing ever happened. But to do all this, practically, is another ballpark. You have to really feel/experience/see it. AN AHA moment. Satori means : slap in the face in Japanese. It is a sudden insight, awakening when you see it. It is seeing everything in another perspective/way. OK, I am tired now. Hope some of this helps in some way.

The death of fixations are so beautiful. It’s almost impossible to not fixate when the dream state keeps happening until the moment the fixation is ready to let go. It’s almost right to say it’s impossible not to seek as the seeking is the grinding away of the fixations and conditioning. We walk up to this moment when we are fully ready to die, and die into the unknown. Sometimes we don’t know that we are ready. Everything before that is a preparation of some sort. It could be very painful but one could not get away from it

40 years ago, as a young man with no psychological or spiritual training, I stumbled into a counseling job where I was instantly working with people at a deep level on the most traumatic experiences of their lives. I have no idea where the capacity came from, but I just instinctively knew that people needed space, permission and companionship to walk into whatever arose. So I can’t describe how deeply it touches me to hear your descriptions of doing exactly this. I know, from my own experience and from working with others, the power of walking this walk. And nothing in life touches me like the opportunity to work with “others” in this way. As I’m walking out the door to work, I’m moved to write with a trembling hand that I want to bring whatever capacity still lives in me to contribute to this work. Many good spiritual pointers out there, but apparently fewer souls who can help with this delicate process of picking the silk scarf from the rose bush. How can I help? 💜🔥🤬😳🥲🫥⭕️🌻🦋

What Suzanne seems to intimate is that no one can be really happy without awakening, in that “it is never enough.” However, I do know a number of people who are genuine, happy and at peace with fulfilling lives. They are clearly able to express emotion and be open to emotion from loved ones and others, even strangers. She also states that you can’t attain this openness by force of will and I am having difficulty grasping this concept as many thoughtful, introspective people I know seem to possess this ability to analyze themselves (at least the present “I”) with this openness you both are discussing. I can certainly see that pent-up emotions; anger, resentment, shame, etc. are extremely corrosive and that someone who has had great difficulty in the past with expressing these feelings will have a huge catharsis if allowed to let these feelings all go. I’m just having trouble linking that to a complete abnegation of self. If that is the case, does personality also disappear; the thing that makes life joyful, and at times, yes, miserable, but ultimately interesting, challenging and worth living. I’m rather disquieted by the notion of everyone attaining this state of unbeing, for lack of a better term. Do we really want to live in such a world? Would flat affect be the norm of the human condition? I definitely have to research and read more on this topic as I am rather a novice in this area, although definitely possess an introspective bent. I am not saying you guys are wrong at all. These are just some of my observations.

I asked a question to myself that in hindsight seemed contradictory... "How do I get rid of my ego?" The "I" is as much the ego as the concept of ego itself. It seems like something we are nearing until we feel we desire anything but, then it eludes us. I believe that the wanting, the pursuit of control in any fashion is the egoic drive manifesting in our minds. Is the ego our own? Or is it truly inherited by the fears of society? I'm not sure. I will never be sure, and the need for clarity might be the entire "whole a$$" of suffering...

I understand some of this, but if someone abused one of your kids, would you tell them "it's neither good nor bad, that's the way the universe was supposed to unfold?" or "it's just nothing, it just happened and nobody did it to you"? If the universe is unfolding the way it's supposed to, is anyone accountable for anything?

The mind will definitely not understand this message. It says, “ See, these people are nuts! They will let terrible things happen and just say oh it’s the universe unfolding”. Bloody brilliant!!

Deeply resonate yet I offer challenge. If you're really free of fear Suzanne - not just aspiring to be so but really are ' - then speak out against those who give the orders to send soldiers to kill and those masses who either don't care or are afraid to say anything. And no I'm not talking only about Putin, I'm talking about Biden and virtually all in Congress and the Senate. Note my words. I'm saying if you honestly and truly are completely free of all fear. We've gotta say something. No we've gotta scream it so hard their eardrums are shattered. They KNOW as do we all this is utterly insane.
