The Tusk guards have held up well. That said, and maybe this is the true secret..... I haven't dropped the bike since I changed out the handle bars to those ProTaper CR high bends lol. The the bike and I took a beating the first year I owned for sure. We have come a long way :)

At right around 5:10 I talk about why I was replacing the lever. In shot, when I broke the clutch lever originally I put a procycle lever on but it did not fit like the original and caused problems. Suzuki made some changes in like 2010 or 2011. So I replaced the lever with a factory part. I got the lever either from my local dealer or from one of the online suzuki parts places. The other end of the clutch cable attaches to the clutch release arm down on the engine case on the right side. Hope that answered your questions.
