I'm going to replace the crank seals and bearings in my son's jr50 06. Is it possible to do without removing the whole engine? What do i use to reseal when putting back together?

Yes whole motor needs to come apart ! I use gray permetex on the cases ! You can freeze bearing to make them go in case easier! Use old bearings n old seals to sink your new ones in with a mallet or what ever you got press be great n million in tools lol

Are you going to do second gear modifications while it’s apart ?

@@WaldensWorld not at this stage my boy is still a beginner so not too fussed. Thanks for the help.

@@seendizle the second gear is actually a first gear and goes slower than stock gear ! I have video n it’s pretty simple ! Later you can change sprockets n he could use both have a faster bike
