Have you considered the fact that the rear shock towers aren’t designed to carry the weight of the car?

very interesting video John, I didn't know that the 924S has the late 944 rear axle (wider spec). It's funny because I actually have an early 944 and am planning to get late 944 or 924S rear axle to perfectly fit the 911 cookie cutter wheels which were also OE on early 944 :) Unfortunately now it's very narrow even with oem 20mm spacers. I've added 45mm spacers but on the long run it might break the hubs prematurely ^^'
