I wrote the Bounding Into Comics article about them. The most insulting aspect coming from Sweet Baby Inc. (from a writer's perspective), is how they sell their writing shortcomings as neurodivergence. The CEO described her inability to hold deadlines or half-assing projects as neurodivergence. Not being able to manage her own writing time properly, meanwhile every real writer would just recognize it for what it is: lack of writing stamina. Something you develop if you take your job seriously.

I know someone who sat on an interview panel recently and they were being forced to ask DEI focused questions and take the candidate's "diverse" experiences into consideration. So, basically, if you didn't work in a diverse industry or live in a diverse location, that's a black mark against you and may cost you a job. Not supposed to use a person's age/race/color/gender/culture/religion/etc. as a deciding factor, but whether they have enough black friends and coworkers? That's fine. What a load of BS.
