I still tear up remembering when my mom called to tell me that Harriet was missing. She will forever be in our hearts and spirits.

I watched M15 and Harriet in 2015 but not being on a chat or reading comments, I was on my own, just enjoying them. 😊 Then, I started reading the chat on the Pritchett website and watching the videos the mods linked in, but, didn't post. I just perched and learned! Sometimes, it's better to be quiet, read and listen. Lol. 😅 I really want M15 to be happy. He did such a magnificent job raising E21 and E22, by himself, with the interruptions by hopeful females. Lol! This will be an interesting season to learn about our beautiful feathered friends and how they handle changes in their lives, with a few nests where there will be new pairs. Time will tell! Oh I know! Those days he called for her hoarse were horrible! Between losing Harriet and M crying for her until he was hoarse. That made me cry too. I hope M and this pretty female hit it off and become a couple

Hi Serap❣️ It was good to see that everything is intact and made it through another storm. M15 looks good but, to me, and maybe it was the angle, he looks a little thinner. I wonder what he's thinking, as we approach the start of their new season. He has this lady friend sticking close, but he and Harriet had such a special kind of bond it's hard to explain. We watch many nests, but, they're not all the same as far as how their bond comes across. He must miss her and at the same time his instinct will tell him to move forward. There must be conflict, but, it will all get resolved. I only say this because last season when asked about stating that Samson was permanently gone, the AEF said they wouldn't make that statement until they saw that he didn't return this coming season. That was new to me. But, apparently, it happens where they are injured, or go too far, for whatever reason, and don't return again until the following year. With no eaglets in the nest at the time, I guess they felt there was a very slight chance he could be alive and show up. They also opened up the chat on Cam 1, which you may already know. I miss Harriet as I know you do, as well. This will be a strange transition for me. She was my "middle of the night" eagle to watch when I couldn't sleep, plus, other times, of course. She was so stable and in control. What a wonderful mom she was and an ideal mate for young M15, who was just a tad like a silly kid himself. Lol! 😂 She taught him well and now the world has beautiful E21 and E22 in it, thanks to his dedication.❤ Those YT ghosts 👻 are acting up and so many of my comments go missing, once again. But, we'll know when he is happy again. We all know his movements and his style. But, Rose was a wonderful surprise and shocked everyone when she laid eggs and still looked so young.
