Thanks, very illustrative, especially the hand entry! In an effort to do the elbow catch right I cramp my arm at entry into a vertical position. Patience is key here :-)

thanks i wish the video had an other 20s of loops without effect to let us focus on those points better ( it s always paused in specific points )

as per my coaches, that's like the beginner mistakes. The first thing I got yelled at about were all except the knees closer together.

But the - top view - has heavier weight! I.e. same body tempo. And top = doesn't try, and kipp - crawl.
