Which increases the buoyancy of the water. The helium in the water therefor gives the swimmer a bit of a lift, which increase the whole body position in the water. The higher the swimmer is on the water, the less resistance.

Sorry but you failed april fools with this video, posted a day early, plus your physics are wrong. Making the water lighter decreases the buoyancy of water instead of increasing it. Salt water which is heavier increases buoyancy . You should have had the swimmer breathe lighter air (helium) to make him more buoyant to make the joke work ;-)
