Delicious# Rye# Switzerland# Aromatic# Bake yourself
These aromatic Bürli are made with little effort and taste simply fantastic!
Recipe:
400g/14oz 550 wheat flour or all-purpose flour
100g/3.5oz light rye flour
1/2 cube fresh yeast or 3.5g/0.12oz dry yeast (1 heaped teaspoon)
10g/0.35oz salt
340ml/ 11.5fl.oz lukewarm water
Bake:
15-20 minutes at 230 degrees / 450F
with top bottom heat
Please note:
every flour is different. If you don't have the same type of flour that I use,
Do not add all the liquid to the dough at once.
Under certain circumstances it may also be necessary to add more liquid.
Pay attention to the dough consistency I have.
The baking time and the amount of sugar and/or salt do not change; this is calculated based on the amount of flour.
