apple pies

🥣 RECIPE
Ingredients
1.5 kg of apples
50 g butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Two vanilla
Or teaspoon cloves
500 gr. crust
For the Syrup
200 ml of water
200 ml of apple juice
450 g sugar
100 ml oil
The pan is 23 × 35 cm
Method
We start the recipe by peeling the apples. Then we grate them and drain well. We keep the apple juice in a glass seperately.
Then, in a saucepan, put the butter, sugar and the drained apples on a low heat. Along the way, flavor with vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Stir until the mixture loses its liquid. When it is ready, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.
Then, in another saucepan, add the water, apple juice and sugar. Put them on a medium heat and let them boil for about 8 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Then, spread three sheets of crust, which we oil in between. Spread the ¼ of the filling, fold the edges and roll. Cut into 6 cm pieces and repeat three more times.
We continue and take a pyrex, which we oil. Place the pieces we made in the previous step and oil them on their surface.
Finally, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 to 30 minutes.
NOTE: Once the pyrex is removed from the oven, syrup the apple pies with lukewarm syrup.
