Lote fish/Bombay duck- 600 gms
Diced Pumpkin - 1 medium bowl
Diced raddish - 1 medium
Diced potato - 1 medium
Chopped tomato - 1 medium
Onion flower stalk - 3-4
Diced brinjal - 1 medium
Mustard oil 5-6 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1/4 th tsp
Chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 3/4 th tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
Chopped onion - 1 large
Minced garlic- 1.5 tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
