Produced by Hal Roach, directed by Jay A. Howe, and supervised by Charles Parrott.

An amusing story, but not entirely fictitious. Jitneys (pirate buses) were a real threat to streetcar lines in the 1920s and helped to ruin many companies, leading to the eventual elimination of public transit in many cities in the US.
