Nice video. Since all pieces were kiln dried together, and only the top pieces had higher moisture content, most likely the sun beating down on the black plastic caused moisture. Clear plastic would be worse so have them put a piece of cardboard on top before wrapping an see if that helps. Thanks and keep videos coming!

Hi , sorry I forgot to mention that if they have been wrapped in polythene and being inside & outside days they will cause condensation, it is not a very good idea wrapping any wood in polythene, if it is stored inside & outside it gets hot during the day cools down at night time and creates the moisture. Specialist joiner carpenter cabinet maker , for 40+ years. Retired living in France. As they say live in the dream I wish I was I could do with some work. Keep up the good work stay safe.
