Then why is it that I've been learning how to play guitar for years still couldn't get it while my brothers and father can pick a guitar and piano and just play songs by ears? My brothers can draw cartoons and manga-ish character since I could remember and my father actually a painter by hobby and I can't draw a stick person? I'm not saying I want to be guitar player or artist but I'm just saying that I put effort and time and I'm still not good at it while they can do it almost effortlessly it seems. So, talent is not bullshit but talent alone won't get you anywhere without effort.

I totally agree with what you said. I think he has to change the caption of his video into how to "Harnessing your talent" or "How to be better at something you're good at". I think those are more proper

People are born with heightened senses based on their genetics. Focus helps to bring the “gift” to light. That’s why some people are born more athletic, intellectual or artistic.
