I don't know where this country is going to end up once Starmer and the gang are in charge .It strikes me that nothing will be off the table no matter how crazy it is.because governments are not tied by their manifesto.

What I find very strange and sad about the UK electorate, is the fact that millions of ordinary, decent citizens never seem to take a step back and actually think about their current situation. Over the last 25-30 years , millions of people have seen their living standards plummet, wages depreciate in real terms, even renting or trying to buy even a modest property has become unaffordable for millions, leaving millions of young adults stuck with their parents. Uncontrolled mass immigration has totally transformed many towns and city’s at an unprecedented level, school standards have dropped, pensions and savings have been raided and as for the NHS…And yet, if the polls are to be believed, most people will be voting for the very same political class and policies that have put this country where it now is. I still can’t work out if it’s ignorance, stupidity, loyalty or a mix of all three that keep millions voting for a two party system that’s going to make the vast majority of people in this country poorer. Is this really the best we can achieve?
