Tank Cooks Pumpkin Pie

The Perfect Thanksgiving Dessert
Ingredients
1 (30-ounce) can of pumpkin puree
2 (14 ounce) cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed/Evaporated Milk
4 large eggs
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
Directions
1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 425 F
2. Whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
3. Pour into crust.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F and continue baking until a knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.

Lol. Aww the comedy of errors. Tank says to hell with the recipe. Evaporated milk instead of condensed. 4 cups of sugar instead of 3. Egg shell falling into the bowl. Pound of salt. Pumpkin filling dripping off the bowl everywhere. Keep it coming Frank.

Evaporated milk is essentially the same as condensed milk. Condensed milk is sweetened and evaporated milk is not. In other countries we call it sweetened or unsweetened condensed milk. So adding an extra cup of sugar was the right move although knowing just how sickly sweet condensed milk is, I am surprised the recipe even called for 3 cups of sugar as well to begin with... but then again, I never made pumpkin pie before.

The easy egg cracker might be earths worst invention. It failed 50% of the time, to crack the easiest texture and material to crack, not only that but it splintered the shell at such a magnitude that parts of shell went into the pumpkin batter and frank bless his heart didn’t noticed or remove it. That could do serious harm to someone
