Watch me do a tap water analysis, and explain three science-based reasons why I drink distilled water, and why you should consider distilled water for your own health and family, too. I've also written articles on the subject that will answer more of your questions:

Since making this video, I've discovered that microbial contamination is not unusual in municipal water supplies, even in developed countries. I'll be making a video about this soon.

I drink distilled water for about 4 years , would never go back to any type of water. I keep it in 6L glass jar in open sun , I keep away away from any type of plastic. It measures 1ppm and lower and the beauty of distilling my tap water is that I can see what is left behind , sometimes really nasty stuff , not only that stone where I can probably start making home made tiles :) but I get occasionally really slimy white stuff left behind. I use to stir water here and there to energise it, might just be only imagination but I trust my own instinct :) thanks

I've been drinking it for 30 years, but last year my heating element broke so it was a bit difficult to find parts, started buying filtered water it's the worst ever. I miss my distilled water! Get your minerals from foods and supplements never from water. Any minerals found in water is from rock source and can cause build up of plaque in arteries. Your body cannot assimilate inorganic rock minerals. Those minerals are for plants, the plants assimilate the rock minerals and we eat the plants. Any minerals found in water is nutritionally insignificant, never depend on nutrition from water. Water's sole purpose is to cleanse and hydrate! Properly made Distilled water PH is perfectly Neutral. Any tools used for testing may register distilled as acid but that's a lie. What's really happening is that the pure water molecules are making contact to a inorganic metal so the water is trying to attach itself to it as a cleansing solvent because water cleanses inorganic material out of your body. Another myth is that distilled water will make you leach calcium and make your bones weak, this is not true and scientifically and biologically impossible because your minerals that your body utilizes is already chelated and in an organic form. All that info for you in a brief summary. Enjoy!

Water is meant to have minerals in it. It is meant to be one of the most healthy things you can consume and should have amazing health benefits. I don't know when people forgot this. Of course it shouldn't have all the terrible stuff they put in our tap water but I think rain water and especially water from springs are really good for you. It heals illnesses and gives you amazing energy, just drinking a glass of it makes you feel great. Of course we don't all live near springs but I just wanted to remind you what water actually is.

Distilled water is pure. Minerals should be gotten from your foods. Fluoride and calcium as well as additives put in our drinking water by humans are poisonous to our bodies. Unless you fast a lot or eating foods that are processed or bankrupted of god-given vitamins and minerals, then you should drink other kinds of waters not faucet water. Otherwise, calcium buildup and kidney failure as well as high cholesterol, hypertension is what you want.

If the minerals are good quality ones, they are good in the water..and you are right about rain water as it was BEFORE. Today, it is tragically polluted with toxins making it acid, radioactivity from the innumerable atomic bomb "experiment" blows. -Google how manuý there have been, I didn't know and was alarmed. It is surely beter than when further contaminated with artificial "food" chemistry such as Coca Cola, fake fruit flavours etc.

They've found microplastics in not only rain water and springs, but even in newborn babies. At this point people should be actively trying to cleanse themselves of the toxins that are a constant byproduct of our post-industrial world. That's not to mention everything else that's made its way into the tap water systems and what filtration systems fail to remove completely. Distilled water seems like a great way to do that. General diet and even supplements can easily compensate for the minerals and electrolytes.

@@4DTravelr This sounds like a paradox. How can it have an alkalizing effect on the body if it has a "slightly acidic" pH?
@4DTravelr
@4DTravelr Жыл бұрын
@@veritasparadoxum6525 The body reacts to the acid with an alkalizing counter. Same thing with lemon water, or even soda, but for soda it's too acidic and too extreme of an ask of your body on a regular basis. Even lemon water can have its downsides on teeth etc. But distilled water is perfectly slightly acidic for alkalizing metabolic reaction on-demand.

Interesting question, would need a lab to test for mineral content (like arsenic, cadmium, lead, etc.) as well as anions like flouride, chloride (safe, it's the ion, not Cl2), nitrates, sulphate. It came from soil and rock, just like the natural unpolluted water from early times.

@sirburg6483
@sirburg6483 2 жыл бұрын
Himalayan salt/ sea salt will have many trace elements in higher concentration as they are left over from ancient sea beds. The thing you have to be aware of is that those will also have higher concentration of heavy metals, flouride, etc in them too. You are best not adding those to anything.

@@paulac1762 when you start your distilled water regime, you should move into it slowly. Baby steps. Drink 500ml a day and the rest of your water you usually drink. Tap, or mineral water from the store. After a month, switch to 1 litre distilled, and rest tap/regular water. After the third or fourth month, switch completely to distilled. But make your own distilled water at home rather than getting it from the store. You should make use of a pressure cooker and some copper wire. Try to avoid plastic when using hot water as the water leeches the plastic and you're drinking plastic distilled water. So make sure it's a stainless steel pressure cooker with copper wire, and output the water into a glass or stainless steel jug.
