Today we’re going to talk about distilled water-what it is and the top reasons to drink distilled water.
Distilled water is basically pure H2O without any impurities, toxins, or minerals. The pH of distilled water is completely neutral, and it has some interesting benefits. If you want to start drinking distilled water, it would be best to make your own.
Health benefits of distilled water:
1. It can help remove certain toxins
2. It can help remove deposits of certain minerals from your joints, arteries, and other tissues
3. It can help reduce the risk of kidney stones or gallstones
If you drink distilled water, it’s important to put the minerals that you need back into your body. You could do this by taking electrolytes with your distilled water. It’s also crucial to consume foods that are high in minerals.
Drinking distilled water while fasting is a great idea because it can help remove toxins from your body. Just be sure to have plenty of electrolytes.

Distilled water is fully clear from all bacteria and minerals...it's fully perfect for a human body. You will never get mineral deficit because, somehow you may drink so many other drinks and eat food...from that you will get enough minerals.......But pharma companies don't want people to become healthy. If everyone becomes healthy who is gonna buy medicine 💊? . WHO is a pimp organisation of global pharma mafia

I've been drinking distilled water by my own distiller since 1985. So many people have said that I will get ill from it because it has no minerals. My skin looks very clear and when I see what I take out of my boiling tank after distilling water, I am shocked that all that sediment would have gone into my joints and arteries. Thank you so much for doing this video.

Since water is so reactive on it's own, it's a great idea to begin drinking distilled water as a sort of cleanse. Some people try 30 days of pure h20 and others go for years. If you're noticing any negative effects after a while like headaches or hair loss, it might mean that you've cleansed all of the bad sediments from your system and you might have started removing important minerals, due to the nature of water leaching minerals. At that point you can start adding trace minerals such as ionized magnesium.

Yes, your nails are growing thicker, faster. Your hair is growing thicker, and you'll look a lot nicer. Plus, I think it slows down their aging process. I've been drinking the distill water for about five years. I enjoy mixing lemon or limes with my distilled water, because then it mixes with metals in your body and creates an electric current of healing and intelligent. That's how a battery is made, distilled water, because it's a conductor of electricity. Then you need citric acid and take some magnesium or zinc. You have a battery. Plus I am more spiritual.

Thanks for the video. Literally everything you said is so true. I got a reverse osmosis mini system in my truck. As a trucker I'm only limited drinking bottled water. And doing it for 3-4 years continuesly made me sick like a zombie, vision got worst, than everytime started sweating I got rashes on my hand, muscles started to hurt, bones, always sleepy, depressed, overweight, signs of cancer. Changed my diet, added some vitamins, but still never felt like I used to be. Than I remembered how terrible was the water when I first started truck driving (because I got so used to terrible water, I didn't notice it anymore). So I decided to to reverse osmosis my drinking water regardless it's a 1 gallon water, or a bottle water or any water I passed it through reverse osmosis. Had to reprocess the rejected water twice, because reverse osmosis only cleans 40% of water and rejects the rest. After using it the first day the next day I woke up and felt my mind was so clear. Than after 3 days use my eyes started seeing better, more focused. Than my skin rashes began to disappear. After 10 days my ballocks got bigger. The food I'm eating is well processed. Looks like my body is detoxifying from heavy metals and other chemicals that is causing my mind to become cloudy. Dirty wayer effects my hormones, eyes, skin, my voice, causes weight gain. I think drinking distilled or reverse osmosis water it's like adding a distilled cup of water in a bucket of dirty water, and than after mixing the clean water with a dirty bucket water and removing a cup of water from the bucket you end up with much cleaner water in the bucket than it was before. So kidneys don't have to overwork removing toxins from the drinking water, instead it focuses removing the rest of the toxins inside the body.

Many thanks for this video. I make my own distilled water but mix Rosemary and mint or Rosemary and orange or lemon peels, whatever I can find plant wise. I can use my distilled water for anything, as a medicine, a mouthwash, liquid herbs and liquid spice for food or marinades, pending on what is being mixed. It comes out very strong, but I simply love the clean smell of plants mixed with water and anything added to it. Not many people are willing to venture into it. Quite frankly I see know diffence in using dried herbs vs distilled herbs, both gone through the same process of heat. Thank you again.

been distilling water at home for nearly a decade with this device 06:25 (make sure you get the one with the glass jug) - two important 'tricks' when using that device! firstly let the water come to full boil before you put the condenser on (black part at the top) as this allows the VOCs to boil off and also put a timer on your device so it never boils dry as boiling dry burns the calcium build up and makes your water taste foul - for this i used a wall socket timer set to 3 hours which leaves about 1 inch of water in the vessel FYI the minerals in tap or bottled water are *not* bioavailable! so you can ignore all the negative rubbish you hear about drinking distilled water - just add a touch of salt (i use a 50/50 mix of himalayan & celtic sea salt) to keep your electrolytes up

Multinational companys like Nestle, Pepsi and Coke are producing drinking water in bottles as well as in 5 gallons bottles and we have been now used to them. I was TM in Nestle Waters in Pakistan. back in the day when i was a competitive bodybuilder, about eight weeks out from a contest i would only drink distilled water. i was so in tune with my body i could absolutely tell my body preferred distilled water over any other kind of water. there seems to be some sort of distilled water shortage in my area these days, so i have been making my own at home. i pop the vent cap off of an instant pot, then run a copper tube (flexible copper pipe) from the vent into a 5 gallon bucket of water (does not need to be cold water). the other end of the copper tube comes out of the bucket of water and hangs over a glass receptacle like a mason's jar or glass mug (don't use plastic because the water can be hot sometimes). i put tap water in the instant pot and pressure cook it. the tap water turns to steam, which runs though the copper pipe, is cooled in the bucket of water and converted from steam into pure distilled water that drips out the end of the copper tube into the glass receptacle. it's a slow process. makes about 2 cups in 40 minutes, but last week in my spare time i made 4 gallons of distilled water just using a small instant pot. i no longer use that instant pot for cooking food, because i could taste the food in my distilled water. but after several cycles of just making distilled water the food taste is gone.

Since mid 1990’s my tap water flows through three different types of water filters and that filtered output gets distilled. Thus, for nearly 30 years I’ve distilled all of the drinking and cooking water consumed by myself and family. Cleaning and setting up the distiller takes about five minutes, usually twice per day. When we leave the house we carry one or two liters of water in glass water bottles. KEY POINT: After distilling a one gallon batch of the triple-filtered tap water, the residue inside the distiller is ghastly. The residue is a paste, I believe it is dissolved limestone, toxins and fluoride. I never get comfortable seeing it, it’s always shocking. I feel sorry for my neighbors who are naively drinking and cooking with the the tap water. The tap water in my city comes from 17 wells, they rotate drawing from the 17 wells.

Been drinking rain water for nearly 20 years, no other choice. Live in (Australia) a coastal, rural area without town water and I'm glad. The water in town is terrible. We have 44,000ltr of tank rain water attached to the house and another 22,000ltrs capacity off the shed for the pool. We use bore water on the garden.
