Is telling yourself that you're fat actually helping you lose weight?
Part of you may say that it is. That constantly reminding yourself that you're fat, stops you from eating more.
In my experience supporting clients, telling yourself that you're fat actually causes a lot of internal stress and fear, which actually makes you eat more!
Here's another suggestion: be kind to yourself. Loving yourself exactly where you're at. Connecting with some gratitude for your body.
