2 pounds of carrots - sliced
2 pounds of Jalapenos - sliced
saute in olive oil for 10 mins then add half a white onion and garlic
salt and pepper to taste.
last 10 mins add in 2 cups of vinegar and two cups of water
Jar while hot and place in fridge for at least 1 day.
