Really great content, Jacob. I have been going to the gym consistently for the past few years but my diet was very weak. I have high cholesterol and felt lost on what to eat. I convinced myself that eggs were not good for me to eat haha. I’m showing this video to my wife and we will use this as a guide for our shopping trip today. I am happy Target never worked here in Canada, due to horrible supply chain which left many shelves bare and prices were not good. If they had still been here, I would have to boycott them now.

great video, good call on the frozen fruit. The quality of fruit is terrible at grocery stores. What are your thoughts on grapes? I love grapes probably my favorite fruit
