For a 3 liter jar:
Tomatoes green, brown or red (not overripe) 2 kg
Horseradish leaves 2 pcs.
Currant leaves 3 pcs.
Cherry leaves 4 pcs.
Garlic 5 tooth
hot pepper 1 small pod (optional)
Dry mustard 1/2 tbsp.
Brine for 1 liter of water:
salt 3 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
