Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Water - ½ cup / 120 ml

Onions - 2 medium size ( finely cut )
Tomatoes - 1 medium size ( finely cut )

Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Coriander / Cilantro leaves - small bunch for garnishing ( finely cut )

Looks delish never made dis dish will make can full boiled eggs also be used

Maria, You can't use full boiled eggs in this recipe as the taste of the curry greatly depends on the taste that the eggs impart to this curry. If you don't break the eggs you won't get the taste.🙂
