Hi Veena.. I prepared egg drop curry this afternoon. It was lovely. My husband just loved it. Next time l will add a few pepper corns and another two chillies. It was perfect and tasty. Thank you very much Veena. The chillies l used were not pungent.👍👍🙏🙏🌹

You're most welcome, Amelia. You could have crushed some more green chillies separately with a pestle and mortar and added these to the curry. If your chillies are even medium spicy (like mine were) you might not need to add any more peppercorns. But it's all a matter of taste, and different families like different levels of spiciness in curries.

Hi Veena I enjoy watching your cooking videos. Just wondering if we can use the ground coconut mix as it is, without only extracting the coconut milk and throwing away the pulp? I know it will be quite a thick curry , somewhat like Kerala cooking.

Hi Shazz! Thanks a lot for watching my videos. And yes, you can add the ground 'coconut masala' as it is without extracting the milk. The curry will just have a different and thicker texture than the creamier one you get using coconut milk.

You're very welcome, Amelia. But have you checked out my eggless orange suji cake? The orange adds a nice flavour to the cake. But if you want to keep it plain, instead of orange juice, you could add an extra 1/4 cup of milk, and instead of orange zest, you could add vanilla extract.
