I see so many comments making fun of the fact they are suing each other over "just vitamins". Dude this is a multimillion dollar company, no matter what the product is, of course they're gonna sue each other if there is a legitimate break of contract!

Imagine going after James Charles for accepting a sponsorship he couldn't refuse and not just talking about Halo vitamins, and then being revealed that you ditched that same brand for a deal you couldn't refuse and purposefully tried to make it fail

Trust me. I bought her "Hair, Skin and Nails Booster vitamins" I took them for eh around 2 months and well at first they worked *A little* then after the first 2 weeks. My skin peeled, my hair fell out little by little and my nails were thin as paper. I don't know if it was what was in it or if it was just my skin but I hated it. Waste of money!

I don't know what Tati is going on about, like her "friends" did not have an obligation to promote her product. And he blew up her brand for no good reason. Doesn't she know that people especially the beauty community follows clout. So what if Manny and James didn't promote her hair supplements and instead her competitors. If she continued to grow her brand and form some name recognition and clout in the brand itself, everyone would lining up for that endorsement money. Honestly don't follow the beauty community that closely but I think Tati did not recognize that she was on the down turn of her empire when other beauty gurus in the groups empire was rising or eclipsing hers. She was expecting them just to follow what she said without realizing that she was losing power in the dynamic. Celebrity isn't forever, there is always someone new coming to take your place, but the way to maintain the power she was looking for in the beauty community was to create a successful independent business empire. Michelle Phan did it, Jeffree Star did it. And honestly she had but herself in a good position to do it herself if she pushed through these "slights" by Manny and James. Instead she cut off her nose to spite her face. Now people don't like her and she doesn't have a strong business either to continue making money or sell. Compare this to Jeffree. If everyone stopped buying Jeffree star cosmetics products, he owns enough ancillary beauty operations to still be very rich and also command respect from the beauty community. The hullabaloo she made about her "friends" endorsing other brands honestly reads as someone who doesn't know how to deal with adversity. The first sign of struggle she blows up a good thing going for her instead of pushing through.

I know filing a lawsuit takes time but not a year. Tati beauty was revealed a year ago. Why file a lawsuit now and not then? I'm so confused. Some of the terms and phrases used are also quite unprofessional also does Swanson have a written and signed document saying that famous youtubers would promote her products? I don’t know how much this will actually hold up without knowing if they had a contract. Unfortunately this kind of stuff happens. You can lay out a plan, say you want to do X Y and Z, but without it in writing then it won’t really hold up. Things changed.
