Great video, Morten! I loved the comparison and it helps me to understand your style of vaping a lot more. Puts things in perspective for when I compare the same products. Keep up the good work.

I found your channel a few days ago, and I’ve just been mesmerised. You helped me get the most out of my dead rabbit, and the taste I get now is just tremendous! A big thanks from a young Dane, and the best of luck in regards to the growth of your channel. Oh and after this review I absolutely need the taurin, those results are just amazing and flavour wise with flat wire it suits my preferences just amazingly

Great video Morten .I have a tri core flat fused Clapton in tuaren and it's a great vape. but duel coil way to hot for me.For me the recurve is a good RDA but the coil have to be high up level to the top off the deck then I don't get eny juice in my mouth haha

Most people enjoy a warm to hot vape. I run this dripper as a 0.1Ω dual coil, and it's absolutely brilliant! I typically run mechs, and I'm perfectly ok with the heat. In fact, it's the first RDA that has motivated me to buy a second.

Awesome video as always .....can you do an airflow tutorial on,the drop dead ? Would like to hear,your take on the droo dead.

Nice rda 👍👍 just wish they had changed the direction the post screws clamp the wire. It even looks like it’s enough space on the side if the air holes for it. Another great video Morten 👍👍👍😤💨🌪

Thanks for the video , can you do some top airflow RTA like this zeus single coil and the Zeus dual coil?

I normally don't do RTAs. But I will do 3 of them very soon. We'll see after that:-)

Hello Morten ! Great vid as always, really enjoy your channel keep it up brother! I have never used a flat wire before and I've seen you have tutorials on that, but may I know the specs of the wire you used in the tauren in this clip? I am getting that rda in few days
@mortenoen4346 жыл бұрын
Hi! The wire is about 1.5mm wide and 0.15mm thick. You can make this from 22g round wire.
@SVGNATION6 жыл бұрын
Great video. Looks like you've discovered an rda that performs like the njord but with better flavor. It doesn't ignore the mid and low notes. Looking forward to the njord 2.0 with this new knowledge.
@mortenoen4346 жыл бұрын
😀 It does not have "better" flavor, but different. Njord is still as cool and fresh and spatter free as I want it. But yeah, with the Tauren you get the Njord experience with a slightly darker flavor palette!
@SVGNATION6 жыл бұрын
Morten Oen Understood. I like the Njord and still playing around with it. It performs really well with certain juices. Still searching for that good across the board build for it. Haven't tried flatwire yet but that is next on the list. Thank you for your reply and the content you provide. You are truly a one of a kind youtuber and I really enjoy your channel. Keep doing what you do so we don't have to.

For me the Tauren RDA is the RDA that I love the most even over the Drop. But the only problem with the Tauren I think is the point that the + and the - Posts sit both very dangerously near to the inside of the Top cap. I took the Plus Pole out and sanded it a little bit on the outside to prevent it from a short.
@mortenoen4345 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the tip! You should make a video about it:-) I agree 100%.

sorry, I could not find it in the video , why is not usable at dual coil the Tauren RDA?. Thanks for amazing video.
@mortenoen4346 жыл бұрын
It gets way too hot. Most reviewers actually agree on that point:-)
@david_1086 жыл бұрын
Morten Oen oh thank Morten, now I understand!.
@Ricochico1875 жыл бұрын
Spit back is almost the fault off the guy who saturate the coil or the guy who build the wire in. Not the false of the rda. I got the recurve with a finefused double core clapton in it and got never any spit back. And i love a little bit of spitback for more taste.
@mortenoen4345 жыл бұрын
For the last 3 years I have bought around 150 different RDAs, and tested at least 3 different coils in each of them, sometimes ten times that and in different configs. For the most part placement of the coil is the most important thing, but there are RDAs, about 10-15% of them, where you never can place your coil in a way that stops spitback. The Recurve is an RDA that can work great if you build good coils and place them in the optimal position, I agree. Regarding spit back, some like it, others don't, and a good RDA let you choose one or the other:-)

Greetings from Argentina. I really enjoy your videos !. Thanks for sharing your knowledge !. I have a question that I always wanted to ask him, what software do you use for the simulation of the air flow? Is box2d? Have a nice day.
@mortenoen4346 жыл бұрын
It is called OE-CAKE.

I need to earn some money for now. We`ll see later:-) But here is a little thing for you, my friend. I have found out why it is favorable to have the coil a little lower than the center of the airholes (by 1/2 to 1mm). It is not only to make the slip stream go a bit down behind the coil, but also to push the boiling droplets on top of the coil sideways, and not to be shot into your mouth. There is a video showing that this happens in an actual RDA being used. I think this is the last piece of the puzzle for cool and spatter free vaping. Cheers:-)

I am just wondering but would heat also affect airflow.cold air denser and warm air less and so on. Same idea as with turbo chargers. as said i could be way off in what am thinking. am just thinking that when the cold air hits warm coil it would no longer react as we would think then if ya just forced cold air on to a cold coil. so direction would not be same
@mortenoen4346 жыл бұрын
All parts of a system effects the system. Heat will create updraft and make more air come in through the air holes. It will not change the direction of the path.

Morten, are you taking requests? If so, only from patrons? I’d be very interested to see an airflow breakdown of the Haku Venna. If this is something you’d be interested in, I would be willing to send you mine. Keep up the amazing work! Regards
@mortenoen4346 жыл бұрын
Hi Rob! I do take requests or suggestions if there are some interesting air flow to look into. I try to keep myself up to speed, but I can't know about everything, so if you have suggestions I will look into it.
@theblackone896 жыл бұрын
whats the water Simulation programm called that you are using? great vid as always :) thanks
@mortenoen4346 жыл бұрын
It is called OE-CAKE. It uses wrong Re numbers, so it will not show proper flow around objects, and it will not show proper compression, but it is very good to predict or indicate direction of flow. To be certain I have to make a proper study in my air flow chamber, but most of the time that is not needed.
@theblackone896 жыл бұрын

@pranze34845 жыл бұрын
I have turned this in every possible way, and I'm sorry but this RDA truely shines with dual 22 gauge round wire (I do 8 wraps for each, comes out at .18). In single coil configuration you're too far from the airholes, and flat wire, which I otherwise love, twistes due to the postholes, you're simply not taking advantage of the strengths of this RDA, in my humble opinion. There are many others RDAs to build single flatwire coils, I think one should try to maximize the strength of any RDA rather than fight against it. Cheers from France, love your videos and personality.

In all the time I've been a part of the online vape community, your concepts of airflow seem to be so different, that I can only think of a single word to describe it, nonsense.
@mortenoen4346 жыл бұрын
From time to time, when I get a lot of new subscribers, I tend to repeat all my findings to get everybody up to speed. Maybe I should do that again soon :-) But you can watch some of my earlier ones too, to make sense of it all. Look for videos with air flow images on the cover image.

Morten Oen I've reviewed every video you've made. That's where my consensus was derived from.
