Has Interac been a good company to work for? I got an interview with Heart Corporation and was offered a contract, but then I saw a KZfaq video by an ex-employee who had nothing positive to say about the experience, and also there were a lot of comments from other people who have worked for Heart or other ALT companies. And they made it sound like a scam. Thanks!

Yes, it is a pretty decent company. All dispatch ALT companies have just a common downside, the pay is not really great. However, as you immerse in the country you can be able to find ways to get good income because of side hustles. I have good and friendly co-ALTS , head teachers and nice higher-ups in Interac Nagoya branch. But of course, ESID- Every Situation is Different - schools, JTEs that you might work with, to name a few.

@@JepandJapan I don't think I would be interested in side hustles. Working for Interac would already be a full time job.

@@christopherpaul7588 if you are coming from overseas, landing a direct-hire job is difficult. But that is the better option if you do not want side hustles. And yes, it is full-time, but the ALT job is just light and not stressful.

Hi Sir, do they consider applicants with medical history kahit decades ago na (e.g. respiratory ailments)? I heard Japan is very strict when it comes to this. 😞

I am not sure with this. As long as you cleared your name and passed the medical examination prior to your flight, then you are good to go. Good luck!

It's a common interview. The questions will be focused on your teaching experience and your idea of Japan as your workplace. You must be as honest as possible especially with your driving experience. Hope that helps :)

Do you have vacation leave or can you go home due to family emergencies?

Yes you can. Right now, we do have 10 days leave. On family emergencies, we also can but we would shoulder the expenses in case we don’t have paid leaves anymore.

Kuha ka ng online classes na ikaw teacher.. requirement ni chesham un eh. Pero sa JET i think di requirement na english teacher. Give it a try. Ibang agency, baison. Try mo.😀🙇‍♂️

Sadly, you can’t apply directly kapag nasa Pinas kayo. Pero yes iisa lang sila.

Hello sir! May I ask what are medical process you underwent before going to Japan? And do have to undergo annual medical check up each year when you are in Japan? I hope ma notice nyo po yung comment ko. Thank you po Nee subsriber here

Hello! We did a pretty standard medical examination for OFWs. I got mine near SM north. Once hired, Chesham will let you know the details of the medical health check. To answer your question about the health check in Japan, it is almost the same that has urine, blood tests for glucose and cholesterol check,eye and ear tests, x-ray, etc.

if you will apply thru Chesham(Philippines), it is mandatory. If you are already in Japan, it isn't.

I am just curious, why are you (Filipinos) use mixed English? Most of the teaching in Japan videos are like that. And I feel like I loose some important info sometimes.

Thank you for your comment. I understand your point. 🙏🏼However, in this video I was trying to address it to the 90% of my viewers who are Filipinos and might as well use both official languages (English and Filipino) as my medium. Another reason is the video is a flight guide from the Philippines to Japan and not as “to Japan” only. Should I think it would benefit other English speaking viewers of mine, I’ll surely make use of English only. Thank you so much sir.🙏🏼☺️

Hmmm. I think mejo humirap ngayon dahil sa pandemic. Especially sa new variants ng virus sa ngayon. Right now po, let's just wait. Pati sa Japan. Tumataas na naman cases kasi.

Yep. Pero according sa mga palipad sana dito this year, nausad sila. So delayed na ang batch nila sa pandemic. Instead na 2020 batch sila, naging 2021 and 2022 na ung iba. Grabe talaga ung COVID na ito. 😢 Better email chesham na lang rin po. 😊

Sir ask lang po, nag aapply kasi ako ALT through Chesham, may concern lang po ako kung paano madadala sa Japan ang husband? Tsaka kung pwede ko po ba siya maisabay nun sa pag alis? Thank you po.

Pede mam pero hindi magiging madali sa unang taon financially especially sa 3 months. Wala or partial sweldo kasi sa 2 months habang pinapasok nila sa system. Pero naka tourist visa si husband mo kapag ganun. Iaapply nyo ng hiwalay rin un on your own. Chesham sa working visa mo. Usually after 2 years dinadala spouses sa japan. Baka kasi mabigla ka maam if dinala mo agad. My 2 cents 😎 ako pala after 4 yrs ko tsaka ko dinala family here

@@JepandJapan hi sir, I was invited to a free seminar that will be conducted by chesham sa Makati, at may gaganapin din daw pong English language proficiency test, accent test and interview. Any idea po anu-ano mga possible questions sa English language proficiency test at interview? Thank you po. Gusto ko po talaga makapag work sa Japan. Thanks po

Super dali lang ng proficiency test.. at just try your best sa neutral accent test. P vs F sound. B vs V. And interview ay just checking yourself sa mga nakasulat sa resume mo. Honesty is the key pa rin especially sa driving. Hope that helps 🙏🏼

Di naman.. just be honest lang how many months you’ve been driving and the conditions that you experienced driving (matraffic ba, makitid na daanan, sa express way ba)😎

On special cases, meron pala. Once or twice a year, a saturday class will take place but they will also give a day-off on a Monday following that Saturday para 2 days off pa rin a week.
