in fairness, the photographer wasn't aware of how the images would be used or in what context they would be displayed. I can easily imagine a series of images condemning harm to children that would include an image like this. At the end of the day, she's just a contractor trying to make a living. Im sure if the child model appeared distressed the shoot would never have continued. If it was any adult's responsibility to say no upon viewing the set, it should have ben the child's parent(s)/guardian(s)
