The country music hall of fame did the same thing to Hank Jr. for years until they finally couldn't keep him out. Guy sold 90,000,000 records and a 5 time entertainer of the year and he doesn't get in until 2020.

My personal taste in music does not factor into whether I think he deserves to be in the HOF! His politics should not factor in either. His popularity is enough that he should be inducted. If Ted Nugent had done nothing else, his 1977 album "Cat Scratch Fever" should be enough to qualify him in any R&RHOF. There are many deserving artists who get ignored by the one in Cleveland for reasons that have nothing to do with music.

I'm 65 years old a retired truck driver and hobbyist DJ who thinks that music is the universal language. I haven't been to a concert in over 10 years. I hated rap until I discovered Tom MacDonald. I've been a Ted Nugent fan since I figured out who Ted Nugent is. My father was a kindred soul with Ted. He taught us respect for firearms, law enforcement, patriotism and human dignity. I would absolutely attend a Conservative Rock & Roll concert of fellow patriots who see that's time to put up or shut up! We have had cause concerts for everything from land mines to Llamas. It's time to stand up and fight for America's very soul! We all see the likes of Bruce Springsteen preaching wokeness against a system that made him a multi-millionaire. How come he isn't giving it all to the cause he supposedly believes in? You get all your conservative fellow artists together and put on an America First benefit concert, It'll be bigger than Woodstock, and infinitely more vital AT EVERY VENUE! I was on the quad for Glenn Beck's Restoring Freedom Rally and saw hundreds of thousands of respectful people gather with a singleness of purpose and a reverence for America. I was in Washington DC on 01-06-2021 and I saw millions of people gather with a singleness of purpose and a reverence for America. That reverence was hijacked by a few idiots that gave the left the FALSE narrative that the whole thing was a hate riot organized by Donald Trump. They fail to even acknowledge the tens of thousands of people who came there from places like Russia, China, Korea, Cuba, Venezuela and other places where freedom was lost! They were ALL there to warn us that they've been through the same bad movie that America is seeing right now, and wanted to let us know that IT WON'T END WELL!

I was in Jackson, MI on my birthday, cruising along with the radio on. The announcer mentioned that it was the Tedator's birthday too. When I turned a corner I saw a familiar jeep with a zebra paint job in a parking lot. Danged if it wasn't Ted's bowhunting shop. I stopped in to look around. There was an archery range in the back. I have never seen so many beautifully mounted game animal heads and capes. Some astounding taxidermy. They lined the walls of the archery range. Interspersed among them was an equally impressive collection of gold and platinum records. I met Ted, and he gave me an autographed copy of his book, "Blood Trails."

It seems to me that there were one or two more that were also big hits and very popular high energy rockers but I cannot remember them right now. Update: I just remembered....
