This young man is very creative, intelligent and articulate for his age. However, I'm not impressed by his culinary technique and slight arrogance. When he was 12 his technique was good but has not progressed in recent years. Greg has failed at several restaurant endeavours, competitions and developing a show. I commend Greg on his hard work and enthusiasm but education is still fundamental. It will be amazing to see what he is capable of after attending culinary school!

No disrespect to you but you just miss-read what she was saying. She meant why the heck does it take so many ingredients to just simply make a pasta sauce, she wasn't asking exactly how many ingredients he used.

All of those are techniques which could be learned from 1 or 2 cooking classes or watching one cooking show on the food network. The Kid is very well spoken and has a great look for all the chicks who are saying he is cute, but he is nothing special as far as the food goes, and yes i did watch the other vids. I really do hope he does well in life but this is nothing really special.

So I "liked" the video, but will be making a vegan version. Butter is not something to be heralded (or any animal products) but this is egregious.
