A bit too late but for those who see this: for the boiled eggs place them vertically not horizontally. If you place them horizontally, the yolk will be on one of the sides. If you place them vertically, the yolk will be right in the middle.

Thanks for 2:28! I didn't know you could add water to keep the eggs from sticking! The texture was dense, but they retained their richness and didn't lose any flavor. I fried with minimal added sunflower oil, because I generally cook without oil. (Not because I'm greasy, but because oil overpowers the rich flavor of the dish). By the way, scrambled eggs would taste much better with white onions!

i actually liked the water in pan idea for sunny side up...this would be my recipe for that...looked soo good...and the poached egg in a bowl idea...i went to a luxury hotel and was wondering how did they get the poached egg so perfectly shaped...now i know...they probably have a bowl of choice and put the lower side up...ingenious and so simple...

@sabage cabage123 it depends on what type of cuisine you eat because, for me, we use heaps of cooking oil instead of butter. cooking oil is also much healthier than butter so I'd disagree on that.
