The wires brush things are nozzle wipes. They attach on the sides for the nozzle to clean itself off with when done with that part of the print

I have the Tenlog TL-D3 I was new to 3d printing and still am. But I was having SO many issues with adhesion. The Red PETG was the worst. I tried the flexible beds, glass beds, multiple leveling attempts. Ivan Miranda uses a mirror on most of his printers. So I got a 4 pack of mirrors from Ikea, think they are 12"x12" I use paper spring clips to hold to the original bed. This was the best thing I have done to date. Other than this the hotter the bed the better. Lower the fan speed while printing. I was having parts cool to early and lift on the edges then come loose while printing. I run my bed at 75ish (PLA+ and PETG) and prints stick amazingly well. As in can't get it off while hot! If you let it cool down the parts will just "tick" & pop off. I have left parts to print and woke up with them almost fully released from the bed from the cool down period. Best of all the surface that is against the mirror comes off looking like glass!

How is the prints coming along?

IDEX or Independent Dual Extruder printers are not a beginner level printer. Although the ability to unbox and print is getting better, current IDEX printers still require one to have a good understanding of the basics of 3d printing. Preparation of your printing material includes topics such as which material is best for the item you’re printing, orientation of the item shape in relation to the orientation of how each layer is printed, the nozzles best suited for the material you’re printing, and the optimum speeeds at which your extruders and printing bed should move. When it comes to the item being printed, you need to consider the orientation of the item’s shape on the printing bed in relation to the printing area and movement of the print heads as well as the need for supports to keep your item from moving or coming apart while being moved about during the printing process.
