Currently supersizing the puzzle box at 200%. It does take some time to make the bed perfect and once sorted it just keep on giving 🤗

You're review side is great i just want to see the part close up. Maybe some macro shots. I can't tell the real quality of these prints. I've watched both videos on this printer. Some nice close uo shots would display the quality better. At the moment i can't really see how good the parts are printed as not enough time spend inspecting the print. This is a minor point i must say. But o was going to buy the tenlog after your review but didn't as there were no close ups to see the true print quality

Don’t tighten it, it is supposed to give movement

I am a hardware user not really a designer so not expert at teaching design. I watch a lot of KZfaq video on MatterHacker which I use to make Logo wall art with RGB lights etc. Software I use MatterHacker or matter control, cura 4.8 slicer. Lots of useful on KZfaq on both already 👍

Contact Tenlog, it should work out of the box. They usually ask for a video showing the problem

Yes, once I made enough money covering the cost of the printer in a couple of weeks :P it is non stop printing spin bike logo at the moment

I second this request. Using multi-materials for the print is actually the best reason to have IDEX -- much better than mirror mode, for instance. But, there aren't other KZfaq videos with such prints. Show us something that requires support. Or (and?) something with TPU/PLA, perhaps a soft grip on a hard handle. Please, please...

PLA : 200C, built plate 60C, print speed 80mm/a, initial layer line width 130, number of slow layer 2, small feature initial layer speed 50%, enable retraction on, Z hop when retracted on, only use brim if printing tall and narrow model, usually non needed

Watch the first layer, if it looks like lines of thin tube then reduce gap of bed and nozzle while it is moving. Adjust until it lay a semi flat tube with no gap between each run

Better ask on the Facebook group, I am still running everything stock and no problem except the print bed is warp which I know how to work around with better glass and foil as packers

@@dthomas8910 Somehow the heating bed is warp when I try the level it. I unscrew all corners to flat the glass but when I slowly tight it to level out to the print head 2 of the opposite diagonal corners would lift up. Even when I was slowly tight it. Long story short, with all the email back and forward with tenlog service tech. Only thing they will to do was for me to PayPal them $35 for a replacement heating bed and I only had this printer for around 2 weeks or so. They stated on there warranty that within a year. Parts and shipping was free. I just wanted to get it working so my sons can print larger print. We can print small items with some issues but it print. Just not a larger print. @@BCreviews Joined looking and reading to find solutions. Have try the foil option already. Might add some small washer to see if it will balance the warp from the heating bed to the glass. Thxs!

@@51oaklandmien That sucks they are not willing to fix the problem for free. They have a Facebook page, so you could possibly go complain on it and say they are not honoring their warranty and they may change their minds so they don't look bad. As far as the leveling goes have you tried placing the binder clips closer to the center. It will still hold the glass down but will not bend it down if the bed is warped. Also are you using anything on the print surface, glue, hairspray,... I use "rave 4x mega" hair spray from Walmart that works great.

Sorry, so far I have only tested PLA up to 250c. Don’t have plans to test further until my printing business runs dry as it is printing money daily for me 😂 don’t want to jynx it yet

I had no problem with it except the bed is difficult to level. The metal plate is not flat so some alterations needed to print perfect

@@tyjack1702 for me I take all the levelling nuts off, level it with as little tension as possible, move Z sensor if needed. Add foil to the dips then lay glass on top.

Yes, I had a kywoo max with auto bed level as well with more function like WiFi but only one extrusion head, still go back to using the tenlog. The D3 limitation definitely is the bed, it is printing ok for me but the perfect machine would have linear rail instead of those rollers
