How to Calibrate a Tenlog Printer's Nozzle Offsets

This video is to help calibrate the IDEX extruders on Tenlog printers so that they work perfectly together when doing dual color prints. Although the machine should be calibrated from the factory, sometimes they made need some adjustments due to an endstop being moved, or who knows what else. Thanks for watching and I hope this helps!

I was wondering if you would be willing to share your obj. or stl. files for those bed holders. I like how they don't take away from the bed size. Great job.

I'm fairly certain the 792 for the z axis is off.

Great video, big help thanks! 2 questions for you, can you provide a link for your bed clamps? I'd like to use those on my Tenlog - they look great. Also, how do you set the z offset? I'm struggling to find this option on my Tenlog D3 Pro. Thank you!

I can’t find anything in other forums about the issue I’m having but maybe you know? I’ve made a couple prints that have worked great but on some of them (usually after a couple layers from the beginning) the E2 extruder doesn’t home correctly. For example, after laying down a layer it will try to home but it acts like the sensor doesn’t work and knocks to the right repeatedly. Eventually it stops trying to go against the end of the rail and homes. E1 will then run its course and that’s when E2 returns to print but it’s now offset almost as if back the distance it was before I calibrated the two nozzles. So my thought is that the knocking is because it thinks it has to travel back further?

Hi, I have a question about some bearings in this printer, I have one, and 2 bearings rotate freely, I would like to know if the same thing happens to you, I am talking about the bearings in the Z axis rails, I have 1 bearing that rotates free per rail.

If your nozzles are that far apart in the Z axis, how can you possibly print anything? 2mm is nearly .100 inches. You'd see the carriage hop up and down every time the nozzles switch
