In general, the players who is able tp play with the most forcing shots but with the least amount of risk will win the match. During a rally, sometimes the safer shot is going to be the best option. Here are some ideas to help you maximize your chances of winning the points during baseline rallies.

I like the video for the most part. I would say that hitting high and deep to recover sometimes doesn't work against players who hit flat and love high balls to crush.

As long as the high ball is deep you will be in good shape. It is hard to crush a ball from behind the baseline.
