It's funny because for years, all you ever heard about was Tarja's performance here and now it's refreshing to see people that know voice realizing Marko is not only equally worth talking about but probably the best representation of the Phantom ever!

Pronounced Tar-yah. In English it would be Daria. To me Tarja is like a beautiful vampiress! Marco is playing the part of The Phantom. Marco is wonderful doing character parts. What a powerful performance. This is the way The Phantom should always have been done.

Check out Nightwish's Islander.She lives in Spain with her husband and daughter. Her and Floor are very good friends. This was Tarja's last concert with the band.

Tarja Turunen is a trained opera singer, that's why she can do those aria-like lines so effortlessly. After she was fired from Nightwish in 2005 (officially because of stylistic differences, but I guess it was more of a jealousy thing between their keyboarder/songwriter Tuomas and Tarja's husband Marcelo Cabuli), she started a solo career as just "Tarja". She's sticking to Symphonic Metal/ Rock, but also doing classical stuff from time to time. You should check her out. She just released a new album called "In the Raw". Fun fact: she has 3 first names, so her current full name is: TARJA SOILE SUSANNA TURUNEN CABULI

The heartache I felt when she was kicked out, that was like the music died, Then came Anette and She brought something else to the band. Then Floor and again took another turn.

I don't mind if you pause and talk, if you do it for reason... Why I watch reaction videos is to see and feel emotions of others, as I have because of trauma hard time express me feelins, and it is just so lovely to see someone feeling and demonstraiting their emotions about songs I love.... You do you and don't listen the naysayers! Some of us just anjoy what you do and say fullyheartedly...

I love how Marco (the Basist), sounds sinister and you can hear in his voice how something bad is about to happend. Tuomas (Keyboards), writtes 95% of their songs and is what I often call a "mad genious" he seems to be able to put together words and composite songs in such a unique way. I know several people will suggest you do "Poet and the Penduleum" soon, but I think you should wait a little bit with that one till you gets to know the back story of Nightwish a little more, that way you'll get more out of the performance. Also when you choose to that one, you should react to the one with lyrics, because with the lyrics you'll see the song is divided into chapters, and after each chapter you can talk / react there. It will also make it a more fluid reaction and give you the pauses required copyrights.

With very few exceptions (Poet And The Pendulum is the only one among the heavily requested) there is not need to pause Nightwish live performances due to copyright issues. That being said, I don't mind it at all since I value your opinion. And since I'm writing already, please, please, please do the The Poet And The Pendulum from Wembley (you will pause that one a lot anyway based on your reactions so far, there is so much going on in it).

Tarja is the OG. She was with them from 1996 until 2005. She was fired after this show. You can easily find a copy of the open letter if you are interested in wanting to know more. you really just need to just watch the whole of the end of a era concert, every song, all the way through, then, visit Poet and the pendulum with Floor singing, (the pain) then Master, passion, Greed (the anger, there are quotes from Tarja's husband scattered in the lyrics of that song) and then Bye bye beautiful, ( with Annette, one of her better performances, this is also Angry)

I grew up with Nightwish when Tarja was there. When she was kicked out (hers fault... but it still hurt) i didnt like second singer (dont even remember hers name) and i stoped listen them. With Floor i sort of started again but in my heart it always will be Tarja. Sorry Floors fans.
