He's weight class is 135." Something like that then he was asked right away if Tank's walk-around weight was 147. To which he replied right away, no he walks around 165, he gets up there lol I love how fans think just because a fighters moves into a division he just happens to be the King of that division period. Teofimo is educating his fans of true boxing, Probox tv will have his fans watch ProBoxTV and in turn the fans will educate other boxing fans who are misled by mainstream media who paint a different picture of promoters mass feeding clout to their fighters. Exited to watch this channel grow. Like GGG once said, "this is true boxing" You can have a perfect record but if your heart is ugly, it will affect fans. Thats why i love Teofimo Lopez. Although he has lost before, the fights hes gone through in and out of the ring to still be standing with his resume intact is EXTRAORDINARY. That is the biggest boxing fight at its finest. And he doesnt want to make it just about himself but wants to help the next generation instead of trying to vaccum all their money? Not only is he a boxing champ but he is the peoples champ although alot of people may not realize it today. I hope oneday his son can grasp everything he is, what he has done and where he is going and carry the torch. Since the fight of the Romero-Cruz bout will have to face Barosso, the hope is that Teo and Haney will go at it later this year to become unified champion at the light welterweight division. But I won't be surprise if Teo or Haney will go for the IBF champ and land a fight against Matias. Rather have Romero or Barosso fight Matias as these 3 fighters are more known for being knock out artists versus Haney and Teo who are more technical and slick fighters.

The Quiet Storm could be a real hurricane if he'd develop a strong jab to set up his right hand. I was seeing so many openings for him to stop Velasquez in his tracks and avoid the holding but he just didn't do it.He mostly just paws with his left hand and doesn't hide the right hand behind it. The potential to be much better is there but a consistent jab to set up his shots is essential. Wild swinging without setup will leave him open to counter shots. If his team doesn't take steps to develop him, he should find a more experienced team to get the most out of his talent.

Teo needs to humble himself..He beat a Lomanchenko who had a shoulder injury, he beat a diminished Josh Taylor who if you want tobe be truthful lost his previous bout against Catterall, he lost to a maybe a B- fighter in Kambosas, and he struggled against Sandor Martin (some people felt Martin beat him) .. He says Puerto Rican fighters are easy to beat..I doubt he would beat a prime Cotto at 140 or a Tito Trinidad if he was at welterweight...

@@jaylebron777 Where has he actually beaten any Puerto Ricans? They must be easy because he’s never faced any. He’ll be facing a half Puerto Rican in a few days, but that’s a forced fight. Puerto Ricans are easy fights when they’re on methadone. Maybe his Father faced a few of those guys back in his days, and he relayed it to his son.

Teo got carried away with that. I think Teo has been getting discredited by a lot of PR fans due to Matias. Lopez, had the PR fan base and some have turned on him. I was like NOooo don’t say that on an interview when he still has a lot of PR fan base. He’s also friends with Xander Zayas who is Puerto Rican. I like Teo’s confidence but he could’ve solely focused on Matias and not generalized all PR fighters.

@@JazminDiaz01 It seems that what you’re saying may be the case. But who’s Maria’s and why exactly have they proverbially turned their back on him? (So yeah, he’s definitely playing to them.) Although when I heard that, it got my juices flowing… So there’s that - he’s a showman. Nevertheless, if Subriel Matías is one-dimensional, he should make easy work of him, no? @@ubuntuiqinisoofuna7852 I meant “Matias” the truth is that when Matias called him out a lot of PR fans turned on him bad and I mean bad. He’s given props to the PR legends and Zayas but maybe what he meant was that the PR fighters actively fighting NOW are not a threat to him. I do like Lopez. I think he could’ve reserved that to himself but at the same time it’s okay to express how he feels it just don’t sound good 😅
